Here are the top 10 highlights of our 2023 journey:

  1. David Soares, Executive Vice President of Channel Sales and Marketing in North America, was recognized as a 2023 CRN Channel Chief.

  2. Zyxel Networks was featured in the 2023 CRN Partner Program Guide.

  3. The launch of the SCR 50AXE, a high-performance tri-band WiFi 6E secure cloud-managed router, aimed at boosting productivity and network security in small offices and hybrid environments.

  4. Introduction of the USG FLEX H Series Security Firewalls for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMB), providing multi-layered protection against rising cyber threats.

  5. The unveiling of the WBE660S WiFi 7 BE22000 Triple-Radio NebulaFlex Pro Access Point, our first WiFi 7 access point designed for managed service providers (MSPs) and small- to medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

  6. The launch of Zyxel Astra, a new cloud-based endpoint security service that enables SMBs to secure remote users regardless of their location.

  7. The new XGS2220 Series 24/48-port GbE L3 Access Switches were introduced in early 2023.  The cloud-managed Layer 3 access switches address the growing bandwidth demands of SMBs, hotels, schools, system integrators, and MSPs that run distributed 300- to 500-person networks.

  8. The addition of WiFi 6-enabled security firewalls to its award-winning ZyWALL USG FLEX 100 firewall series. Zyxel’s new USG FLEX 100AX Firewall supports WiFi 6 (802.11ax) to provide robust wired and wireless solutions that deliver holistic best-of-breed security and protection for small- and medium-sized business networks.

  9. The launch of a promotion that provides a three-year license of its robust Connect & Protect Plus (CNP+) security service with the purchase of a NWA110AX 802.11ax (WiFi 6) Dual-Radio PoE Access Point. The promotion, which runs from 10/1/23 through 12/21/23, gives customers both a free three-year license of CNP+ and Nebula Plus cloud management through a special licensing bundle.

  10. Availability of 22Gbps WiFi 7 Access Point, WBE660S which alleviates WiFi overcrowding, reduces congestion, and provides cybersecurity for high-density environments such as offices, classrooms, and airports.
